Danesh Bamji

Danesh Bamji heads up the Franchise team here in Australia. Danesh has worked in both managed and franchised hotels and understands the importance of building ongoing relationships within the network.

"Our priority is to get the framework right – for both sides. We respect the fact that owners and operators of franchised hotels know their product very well and have considerable attachment to their property. Our role is to help them navigate through the network to ensure their properties establish a real competitive edge."

Having worked in franchised hotels, Danesh understands that sometimes you are so busy running your hotel that it is easy to lose touch with your franchise partners and therefore feel that you are missing out on opportunities. Myles Carr

Myles has over 15 years experience in Hotel operations with a particular focus on Reservations and Revenue. Joining Accor in 2007, Myles worked in the Accor Hotel Development team prior to transferring to Franchise in 2011. Myles is passionate about assisting hotels to achieve maximum engagement and return from their partnership with Accor.  

Jeremy Johnston

Our newest addition to the Franchise team, Jeremy joined in June 2019.  Prior to his arrival Jeremy was the Executive Assistant Manager at Novotel Sydney Darling Square where he oversaw all aspects of hotel operations.  During his 4 years at the hotel Jeremy undertook a full hotel refurbishement,  and management change from an Accor Franchise property to a fully managed Accor hotel. Jeremy has a strong understanding of the importance of loyaly,  guest satisfaction,  staff management and hotel operational systems.

 

Nikki Wilcock

Franchise Operations Manager

Nikki joined the Franchise team in the second quarter of 2015 following her most recent position as Director of Sales for an Australian based Travel Management company. Nikki brings 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry having held various senior positions in Sales and Marketing and Strategic Account Management within International hotel chains in EMEA and APAC. Nikki has previously worked for Accor Franchise properties and brings firsthand experience of how to engage the network to ensure the optimisation of all market segments.
